At Bestsnkr, we want you to love your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we’re here to help. Please read our refund policy carefully to understand your rights and options.

1. Returns Eligibility

You may request a return or refund within 30 days of receiving your order if:

  • The item is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging

  • You provide proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Items marked as final sale or clearance

  • Worn, damaged, or altered items

  • Gift cards

3. How to Request a Refund

To initiate a return or refund:

  1. Contact our support team at support@bestsnkr.shop with your order number and reason for return.

  2. We will respond within 1-2 business days with instructions.

  3. After your return is approved, you will receive a return shipping address.

Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error.

4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • You will receive an email confirmation.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

5. Exchanges

We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or color, please return the original item and place a new order.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please email us at support@bestsnkr.shop within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We’ll make it right at no additional cost to you.
